GOKURAKUのBasicスペースを基にしたエンジニア・クリエイターが集まったコミュニティによる花宮を筆頭とした「INSTANCE」が結成される

後に「BirthDay」とばれるこの日、E-Asiaのjapanのhokkaidoにて謎の染色体突然変異による死亡例を確認、初の蝕によるセイタイ異常現象が観測される

N-Usの民間BSL施設 ”S.S.I.M.”が南極に調査団28名を派遣その調査中、初の”LOST”が発生。人体液化現象の被害を受け調査団22名が死亡（消滅）する

"LOST"以降、蝕-syoku-の影響はEarth全土に及び、先進国のうち、E-Asia,W-Eu,N-Usは事実上、壊滅状態になる。「BirthDay」からの死亡報告がついに13億人を超える。

元々連合加盟国であった、W-Eu,N-Eu,E-Euの諸外国は国境、及び国の制度を撤廃し、歴史上初の各エリアでの統治・管轄をはじめる。この頃、INSTANCEは活動拠点をE-Asiaに戻すことになる。

ATLUS主導による巨大スペースコロニーの母体「ATLUS 1st」「ATLUS 2nd」の2艦が完成。収容人数はおよそ10億人。
